1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting www.gleershop.com and / or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our site.
2. Online Store
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Our products are available for personal use only. Resale is not permitted.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to purchase.
3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible (colors, sizes). We do not guarantee that your screen's display is accurate.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product is mispriced or out of stock at our Canada and USA supplier.
4. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: errors in product description or price, suspected fraud, or if our supplier cannot fulfill it. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
5. Dropshipping Model
You acknowledge that our products are sourced from third-party suppliers in the USA and shipped directly from their warehouses. This is why shipping times are 7-15 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - logos, designs, text, graphics, images - is owned by Gleer Shop and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In Quebec, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
